The SpinGym® 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy allows our customers to evaluate their purchases for up to 30 days. If our customers are not completely satisfied during this evaluation period, they can return their purchase to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges.

SpinGym® offers a lifetime warranty on the metal components of the SpinGym®. This lifetime warranty does not cover the extra Strength Cord(s), Neoprene Carrying Bag, Instructional Manual & Training Guide or DVD(s) included with the package.

Customers do not need to call before returning a product for a refund. In order to receive a refund, customers should simply return the product to SpinGym Customer Service (SpinGym, 3158 24th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713) at their expense with appropriate shipment insurance, and in the allotted time period. Customers should also include their name, address and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly, as well as a copy of their payment receipt. Customers are also encouraged to include a note with a brief reason for the return, although this is not required to receive a refund.

SpinGym® customers must return all components that were originally shipped.

SpinGym® Customer Service will issue a refund (either by credit card refund or by mailing a refund check) within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Policy. If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund or is incomplete, then SpinGym® Customer Service will attempt to notify the customer of what additional steps must be taken in order to qualify for a refund.

In the event a product is damaged during shipment to the customer, SpinGym® will ship a replacement at no additional charge, provided the customer notifies SpinGym® Customer Service of the damaged shipment within 5 business days of receiving it.

International Restrictions

SpinGym ships all international orders USPS International Priority Mail. Once our product leaves the United States, we have no control or recourse over international mail systems. If you have any concerns about your country’s mail service or it’s dependability–do not order a SpinGym. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or do not arrive for any reason. SpinGym does not issue refunds for international orders that are lost, stolen, or do not arrive at their intended international address.
